Yes. While Lourdes works exclusively with sellers, buyers who come through agent referrals are handled by her team. They receive the same level of care and attention. Your client is in good hands either way.

Will my client pay more in commission because of the referral?

No. The referral arrangement is between agents and does not affect your client's cost. They pay standard commission, the same as they would in any direct transaction.

Who handles my client after the introduction?
